Shipping Your Custom Buttons

All products manufactured by Button King are shipped F.O.B. Visalia, CA 93292. All other products are shipped F.O.B. origin of manufacture. In house, we ship via: U.P.S., Fed Ex and USPS, however, we can make arrangements with most shipping companies. If you would like, we can also use your preferred carrier simply by supplying us with your shipping account number.

Button King NOT guarantee delivery company arrival dates, only, actual ship dates from our factory are guaranteed if rush service is scheduled. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email informing of shipment, carrier and a tracking number. All claims for shipping delays need to be handled with shipping company.

Production Time For Your Custom Pins

Most products manufactured by us are manufactured within 5 working days. (Product info Page for approximate production times for each Item.) This is an approximate production time and is not guaranteed. Normally, manufacturing takes 3 days after art approval. Only rush service is guaranteed where we guarantee to ship products ordered by an agreed upon ship date, however we do not guarantee shipping company delivery dates.

Payment Methods For Your Custom Products

All orders must be paid for before production proceeds. Button King accepts as payment for services and products: Company check, personnel checks, money orders, electronic fund transfers. Visa, Master-Card, American Express are also accepted with signed credit card authorization form or on-line acceptance of credit card terms.

Button King also will accept company Purchase Orders (PO’s) from qualifying companies. To apply for an open credit account please request credit application and qualification packet.

Color Matching Your Custom Buttons

Button King will, at no charge, match your custom color to the best of our abilities. All color matches are approximate and are not guaranteed. Please provide P.M.S. (Pantone Matching System) number or sample of color to match. Actual Product Proofs (Sample) are available at an additional cost of $15.00.

File Types For Uploading

We accept most files that you may have for submission. The following formats are preferred: .ai, .eps, .psd, .jpg, .pdf, .tif, .zip. Original / Native files are always best.

Artwork Charges

The first ½ hour of design work is free. A normal charge after the first ½ hour is $40.00 per hour.

Returning Policy

Custom imprinted promotional products can not be returned unless found defective. Non-imprinted products may be returned within 5 working days for Button King credit. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply. To return a product, a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number) is required. To obtain a R.A.N. number, simply complete a return authorization form and forward to Button King/

How We Compute Squareage

Some products manufactured by Button King are priced by the final size of that product. These prices are based on total size in square inches. To calculate over-all square inches of your product, measure 2 points longest height and longest width.
