- COPY OR COLOR CHANGES:

- For changes in copy or color, add $20 per change. Must be equal quantities
per change, minimum 100 pieces. Call for quote if more than one element changes.
- LESS THAN MINIMUM:
- Catalog minimum absolute.

- PRODUCTION TIME:
- See product pages.
- REPEAT ORDERS:
- Electronic artwork is kept on file for one year. To help locate graphics,
please furnish the previous invoice or job number.
- OVER AND UNDER-RUNS:
- Due to the nature of manufacturing, it is not always possible to produce
the exact number of items ordered. Therefore, all orders are subject to a
10% over or under-run and will be shipped and charged accordingly.
- TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS:
- The customer accepts full responsibility for claims or litigation arising
from alleged infringements of trademarks or copyrights on any requested designs
or copy.
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
- All new orders will be acknowledged in writing. Please advise the factory
immediately of any errors. All orders will be processed exactly as acknowledged.
Reorders will not be acknowledged unless requested.
- RETURN OF GOODS POLICY:
- Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. All return
of goods authorization requests must be made within 5 days.
- CANCELLATION CHARGES:
- Charges are determined by the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Minimum charge is $60.

- WARRANTY:
- Products made by Button King will be replaced if defective in materials,
manufacturing, or printing. Except for such replacements, the manufacture,
printing, sale, or subsequent handling of these products is without warranty
or liability, even if such defects, damage, or loss is caused by negligence
or other fault.
